23/02/12

The Motocross Advanced Coaching Academy (MACA Coaching) is looking forward to an exciting 2012 coaching season and the introduction of new initiatives targeted at the continued success of its clients at the Australian Junior Motocross Championships.

MACA Coaching, with the support of KTM Australia and associated sponsors will again provide coaching schools nationally, with a number of tailored courses designed to support clientele with a focus on state and national championship campaigns.

"This year we have already booked a number of courses to support riders who want an edge at state and national titles' says Principal Coach Glenn Macdonald 'we have courses booked in both Tasmania and Victoria at the majority of their state title venues as well as two courses at Coolum in QLD in the preparation for the junior nationals."

Macdonald, who is no stranger to success personally as a racer and as the Team Manager of the GMR Motorex KTM Racing Team prides himself on delivering intensive-value for money courses and these schools will be no exception. Macdonald says "I keep my rider to coach ratios capped for a reason. Not only is it my obligation as a Level 2 accredited coach, but also to ensure we deliver intensive tuition, not just track time."

Macdonald added "Our Coolum courses will be specifically tailored to those attending the Australian Junior Motocross Championships. The courses will have an innovative format designed around Club events in order to maximise the benefit we can obtain for our clients, having access not only to high level tuition over four days, but also merging that with open practice and race days."
